With more than 20 years of experience in the building and project management industry, I can manage all aspects of your property with a team of sub-contractors including plumbers, electricians, painters, handymen, and builders to complement my services.

Includes
  • Grocery shopping and stocking fridge before arrival
  • Meal on arrival if required
  • Property Management – weekly or fortnightly checks on homes whilst unoccupied. Plants watered, toilets flushed, security checked, house aired etc. Report and pictures sent.
  • Maintenance and Repairs are arranged when necessary
  • Supervision of cleaning services
  • Linen service when required
  • Property Upkeep
  • Setting up appointments with tradesmen when required and management thereof
  • Garden services managed

Available in Cape Town

R 2000.00

Monthly retainer of R2000.00 per month with a 12-month contract.
